I want to make a background from a black chalkboard like the example.
is it possible that there is a tutorial on how to make such a board.

I have also looked in Photoshop, but they only show how to create a chalk text

I made the above image with Photoshop, but I did NOT make the background, the black chalkboard, myself.

- Start with a layer of very dark brown
- Add a layer of white fog, and reduce opacity
- A couple of strokes with the Warp tool

I used this background, I converted the color to black.
I added a new layer of white above it and reduced the opacity of that layer to the result obtained
