I am trying to do this tute but when I got down to the part where I change the foreground color, 2A1D01, the color won't change. I never had that happen before. Must be something simple, but what. It is the step where I start to make the text.

Just now saw this post. i saw the same tut but wanted a different look. I did this a long time ago and was one of my earlier creations so there are a few thing that should have been adjusted like the proportions and the gloss layer is not blurred.
I used a carbon fiber background but you can't see it very well so I uploaded just the background in a different color.
