Sailing with Rodilius

Thanks Lorri.

The trick is to create 3 duplicate layers of the image.
Drop one original at the bottom (no effects)
Place the Rodilius layer at the middle, and another original (no effects), at the top.
Now play with the eraser and get rid of the Rodilius effect (partially), on the Rodilius layer.
I erased all but the sky and a small amount of water effects.
Now play with the top layer mode.
