I made this from an image of my local lifeboat, followed a tutorial to do the slight coming out of frame effect the applied some contrast and other filters.

I think they are all very nice but I pick the first one, the contrast is much better against the white water.

I prefer the first...the out of photo water splash shows up more. This is an excellent out of frame graphic.
