I look at this and think to myself The Joker and an evil Vulcan being got together and had a baby. :)
Looks pretty good.The mouth looks a little off though.
Also the lighting...where is the source? It looks to me as though the light is shining from the top left.

Light is top left. I'm not thinking too much about what's causing it. The mouth ain't quite right - it's one of those things that you don't notice until you look at it after a long break. I thought about improvements but thought I don't really want to be working on old stuff now.

I had a screenprint lying around of something I'm working on nowand thought it would be good to post for comparison. It's nowhere near finished but already it shows how I've improved over the last few years.
