Wow, they look great! The inset pic is a nice touch as well. Did you use the same settings on both? The texture seems a bit different between the two.

Like these! I think this effect can easily be over done and trump the picture, but what you've done definitely adds a dimension while still being subtle enough. I see what you mean about the "textures" Odinbc, not a bad thing but would like to understand it. I'm guessing it's down to original image contrast?
