Here it is:
Image
You can download it from here:
http://www.fileswap.com/dl/KNAIEnQ5mo/
It's in 16/10 and 16/9 aspect ratios.

It is related to the logo of the KDE project:
http://kde.org/stuff/clipart.php

I've done all the wallpaper with GIMP: Fake 3D extrusion logo, reflections, shadows, lighting, bevel grid, etc.. That is, all

cool !

looks simple because its kind of minimalistic but i bet its not so simple to do

one point of criticism:
what is the lighter shade of blue in front (or is it under) of the 3D logo shape ?

Thank you all!
@Esper, the 3D logo is on a grid design. In the logo you can see the reflection of the grid. And on the grid you can see the reflection of the 3D logo.
You tell me if you think it should be any other way to achieve more realism.
Exactly, something minimalist. The idea is that it will be useful to put many widgets around the logo (In KDE widgets are called Plasmoids)
