i used polar cord for the eyeball...the sort of lightening bolt effect is really the water drop effect , and the rays of light are created from this filter... Wills Script Pack (border glow). The text is mostly created by rerunning the curves filter

Hi G,
I downloaded and tested them. Both work as intended.
The 'Border' one must be run on a layer with an Alpha Channel and also a selection.
Let me know what issues you are experiencing :)
