I tried to create a sinister atmosphere using the red color and the fog filter

Nice. It certainly has a sinister feel to it.

I think it needs more texture in the trunk and perhaps some gnarled branches showing among the foliage.

Thanks for your tips Oregonian
Draw with the mouse the foliage is certainly difficult :)
I saw a tutorial where they get texture by fusing a photo to the drawing
I'll try

Very nice Mario. I love the colors. I think Griatch mentioned fusing some foreground grass into one of his paintings to give it texture. I don't know if I can find that or not, I think it was one of his tutorials.

Nice work Mario. You could try a yellowy green as well.

mario bross: i think it looks great, i'd like to say again that you have a unique style and that's very refreshing to see. i can agree that a bit of texturing to the bark would add to the picture, but if i were you i wouldn't bother trying to draw foliage.

I tried to make a flat image with sharp edges, trying to represent a lugubrious atmosphere
I tried to give it texture and it is true that the image improves a little, but you lose a little that sensation that gives the fog
By the way, great fog filter, very real!

Thank you all for your advices
