Thanks everyone, appreciate it. I used GIMP's G'MIC for the photo manip, but used "SqirlzReflect" for the animation. Free, and extremely easy to use.

I used to have that Squirlz when I was using Windows. It did work well and easy to use.

I had the old, which just saved as flash or avi, but Googled to see about updates, and the new saves in .gif, plus has the rain/snow, ripple effect.
