So well this is my 2nd digital drawn picture.
Critique would be nice. I know that one Ears is not really the same like the other one.

I made a timelapse video about this, but I can't post the link yet (spam protection)

Very nice to start!

What I would say is:

Her ears are 2 different shapes, now depending on her ability she could be moving her ear (if she has a cat like personality although she's an elf).

The Grey things seems a bit out of place as I have no clue what they are, if I was to guess what they are I'd guess they are shoulder amour, and if that is the case they don't appear to be rested on her shoulder but be sticking up.

Shading depends on your style, but I think maybe make things have more shape with the shadows and depth.

I personally think her "chest" seems to have started too low, but that might vary person to person.

And her straps don't seem to go over her shoulders naturally.

Very nice work!

Thank you, yes i noticed that with the ears pretty early. They were right at first and i edited that much that i messed up everything. The grey "things" on her should shold be some kind of shoulder plates, i would traw them in another shape now (see attachment).

But thanks for the feedback :D

This is a sketch, i know it has flaws (attachment)

You have an interesting way to sketch, I've never seen so many shades of sketch lines.
That sketch there looks much different, but I think it has potential to be epic.
Nice sketch. :>

I draw many lines.

At first i tried to do sketches as clean as possible, and that didn't worked. I was to busy with cleaning up my concept and didn't made any progress with the actual work.

I have no technical knowledge to express a more constructive comment.
The gray thing on his shoulders, you would not understand. Asymmetrical ears did not compromise the whole.
But I can say that I like the Blu!
Like drawings of elves, they are fascinating!

Thank you I think I got what you were trying to say and it's similar to that what Mokonafan already said.

To get symmetrical result, you can always copy the half of the picture, paste and next flip it horizontally. Copy, paste, rotate, scale and repositioning some part of the drawing is one of the great advantage of digital drawing, as you couldn't do it traditionally... :gimp

Thanks :)
Yes XD i thought about that, but it feels like cheating for me, similar to the feeling when you just trace an image.

I'm pretty sure that I am going to draw her again in 1-2 months (or just some weeks) and let you compare the results.

bloody: it's a very good looking elf, i'm not all that crazy about the colouring, but tastes differ. and your sketches are lovely! i've never met anyone who sketches in that style before - if i could make sketches like that i'd never bother to develop them into full blown paintings or drawings, i'd just be too happy with the sketches the way they are!
