at first i thought you did the higlights by bevelling twice with different angles of light (which is an interesting idea)
but i couldnt get the highlights to fill the lower curvature of the text
then i found the font, which i think is crucial

and while staring at your image for hours, i realized the gloss comes from the Plastic script effect
the rest was easy

only thing i dont know how you did, is the pink texture
so i did it with the cubism filter and a few tricks
