I have had these images knocking around on my computer for well over 2 years now, Every now and again I will open up the xcf and have a play. The reason I like the images is because they a fairly simple but visual and give a good base to have a play about with colour.

I have completed these two (possibly) but when I try the same techniques on the other images stored the colours don't seem to work as well, so all could change again.

The two completed images.

The other flavours still playing around with are Strawberry, Chocolate, Mint Choc Chip and Neapolitan.

:kpix isn't it called pixel art?
did you use specific color palettes or just went with your own taste?
In either case - good choice of colors.

he4rty: great picture to play with! i love the simplistic look of it :). but people who name colour schemes after ice cream flavours are downright mean! :hoh

Odinbc - Thanks
Erisian - Thanks
K1TesseraEna - It's based on pixel art but I think the shading would disqualify it, as most tutorials I have read on pixel art tend to only use three colours for an object, Shadow,Hue and Highlight and the shading tends to be done by chequer boarding the colours together.I am playing with palettes for the colours all initial created from the base colour of the ice cream flavour.
AnMal - Thanks and here are some more palettes some based on ice cream flavours.
jeanniem - Thanks
