I have been working on this forever and finally got the look I wanted. I am working on putting a tutorial together. I have never written one before so it make take a little bit.

Rod the trees and the bling sparkles on the outside may be what makes scripting not possible even though I like the finished effect

Wouldn't G'MIC pack sprites work for that if the sprite were a brush Graechan? Of course you would have to get the settings just perfect i imagine.
