The only thing is that the weave is totally wrong. It should be over and under, not through each other. But I haven't found a way to make the over/under weave and use the 3D extrusion on it and have it look right.

I hadn't noticed that before but I do see what you mean. Looks like it's going to be a tricky one to solve, good luck with it.
