I think it requires you to pay around $20 bucks to use it. But its weird since the fonts are dated 30' but it had a debut by 2000?
How can you be sure those are free/open source and a lot of fonts look a like so whats the major difference?

Licensing of fonts is a very tricky subject. In some countries, the design and name are protected, and in others only a specific implementation is (so you can do an exact clone and get away with it, and in some countries you can even sell it under the original name).

(open source =! free ware) can be true - sometimes open source is very expensive aswell
