I think the error was - I didn't make it a share folder and didn't get the proper link.
Anyway I have uploaded them all to DA as well here https://www.deviantart.com/sallyanneste ... ?catpath=/ You can see the pallettes at DA before you download them

Thanks for the palettes, SallyAnne. The Palette folder that is labeled Pink has Orange palettes in that folder. Where are the pink palettes?

Oops my bad. Sorry guys. Caught myself nearly copying one set that I had just done to put in another colour folder. Obviously I didn't catch myself this time.

I don't do a lot of colouring black and white photos or painting but for those who do I have made a few more palettes
One for Skin tones by ethnicity (they are in .gpl and tagged with the ethnicity)
6 for eye colours
6 for hair colours
