Gradient from line

I'm trying to make a gradient from an image in G'mic. (gradient from line) But when I name it and save it I don't see it in my other gradients.
Did that in the past and it worked.
what am I doing wrong?

Looks ok to to me, that should work.

OK the gmic dialog, then go to the gradients dock and refresh the gradients.

Thank you... unfortunately it didn't work yet.. but I'll keep trying.

It didn't work for me either, I found the gradient was in an unexpected directory. I ran this command to see where gmic wanted to put it:

gmic v + path_gimp

In the output, the 'Set status to' line is the one that matters. I tacked 'gradients' on the end, created that directory, and the gradient file appeared there.
