The word cloud site, Wordle, was shared with me ealier this year.

Got the words here (just found this site today): http://www.onelook.com/?w=*&loc=revfp2&clue=halloween

Fed the words into Wordle and got this result:

Image

Converted that result into the seamless Wordcloud result. Just having some fun. Maybe someone will find the texture fun to use. :)

One of my Dad's annoying Halloween prompts will play this message, so why not just let the spider dictate it on his web. lol

I actually posted this one on GIMPTalk, but it could be a useful as a Halloween prop too. Below is the message verbatim. Just follow the links and you won't regret (part of the puzzle that a diabolical mind like mine laid out; lol). :)

"You will never guess what this one is unless you click on the image.

And yes, I painstakingly carved each individual Gyroid (not!!). Some may already remember my skelestone texture; it's a hint as to the diabolical render this one actually is. ;)

:)"

How did we get 2 Halloween kits O? lol

Well, this one's the bigger one, so will share here. I created a cool texture (click it for the Flickr and a description on how I did it; called it squirm2 since I already released a similar texture called squirm on Deviant; too much detail? lol) and created this Sphere (of course I would; lol) using it. :)

As a side note, I just posted another Squirm at Deviant; tried to make it even more realistic by added fake dirt effects. I call it Fish Food. lol

Just can't beat using real worms, so extracted one, turned it into a GIMPressionist compatible brush, and mapped the texture to seamless. Added G'MIC plastice wrap and a bunch of color steps for the final result. I call it Fish Bait. :)

Love those bats. I guess I missed that one when I moved everything.

I cut your bats up into layers, PhotoComix, and saved them as an xcf file that I've attached. Just can't have too many bats around for Halloween.

OK; someone at another forum shared an even better Wordcloud generator. It can use custom shapes which is cool. Requires Silverlight though. Used my Diablo pumpkin pattern for this one. Click link below for the website it saved for me. Cool stuff. If you click on a word, you get a definition link too. How cool is that. :)

I've created this brush a while ago (large individual images; be aware of that). Used RobA's animated brush Script-fu as I recall. Just renamed it Scull (had GIMP's Default brush name; how agrevating is that; lol). Thought you all would like the brush too. Added a sample of what can be done with it (scaled and gradient mapped for the metallic look). :)
