your Alien Gut remind me a Alien Decò series i almost forgot in a drawer
Alien Decò style has 2 basic flavors "Gutters" and "Watercolor " here i post examples of both
First the Gutter that reminded me Rod's Alien Gutter (but is not a derivative, it comes from other gutters)

I have more of "Alien Decò" in xcf layers i exported only few samples, if you like i may recover more

and talking of aliens a Ancient Alien Pattern found in a wrecked inner room of the hidden pyramid of Luxor
Even if placed in the the middle of more commune hieroglyphic , was easy to spot for the unusual material and glyphs
