New map made from the Incandescent Gradient following some of systemx ideas.

Created this with a hue shifted result from your Incandescent map. I wanted fedora themed colors.

Thanks Marcello & ek22.

I like your map too, ek22. It produces smooth results. I added a little stroke & pattern for effect.

Although it's not spherical, this shape makes really cool text.

Thanks! I got some cool and interesting results with that spring map, O. :hehe

Image

The transparent areas in the spring map are reflected onto the text/image, making those areas transparent too.

I smoothed the spring just a little to help eliminate artifacts and aliasing.

Thanks for those cool maps, Warrior! :bigthup

Here's one that produces a frosted glass effect.

Hue shifted to get to this result.

Thanks GnuTux & The Warrior for those brilliant emaps; GT yours makes me think of 'jelly babies'.

@Oregonian - your silver shape from last September, just happens to be the official logo of the Australian Broadcasting Commission (ABC TV)!!

I have got a shiny, patterned one that I mixed up from my borzoi coat colours - example is ...

Image

Probably a bit too patterned for most but here it is anyway ...

Here's a few more maps I named Tiff.

I used each map to create the preview image.
Round 1 Bevel Slope Option was used in BRL,
with default setting for each e-map used.
