a small problem (I hope)
if I molly's stones brushes Unzip then I get the following picture
the emblem of internet explorer
how can I convert that into gimp brushes
I have several folders of molly unzipped and that was never a problem
has anyone advice

Gee that is strange gimper. I just downloaded them into my download folder then right clicked and clicked extract here. Did you try that?

It looks like IE might be set as your default folder opener.
Does the folder open when you double click it?

That's what I figured. I usually start with a base photo that I manipulate, but with rocks like these I can create my own more easily. At least it'll be fun to try :).

I find drawing the rocks is no problem but getting the texture is pesky.
