Anyone for firework brushes they there for the grabs

Lorri, did you just make this? When I loaded it, it came up listed with the default name "GIMP brush pipe". I only get one weird looking image that repeats. I opened the brush and saw all the layers and I'm thinking you didn't set all the parameters so the other layers show up randomly.

Make the "rank" setting match the number of "cells" or images you use to make your brush. Otherwise it only uses one image layer. I did the same thing when I made my first one with multiple images. Make sure when you save it to change the name as well. Not only does the brush have a file name but it also has a brush name that shows up in the brush dialog.

Drac you have download them on your pc and save them as brushes youself. Sorry about that I had done a batch of them in gbr file but I don't know how to batch on here

since we are talking about the inner workings of brushes here, may I ask a question?
If one has an animated brush and wishes to make an animation where each frame of the brush gets stamped on each consecutive frame of the animation, how does one do that?

or. rather, how does one turn an animated brush into an animation?

It's possible, if the the brush were set to incremental, and say you had 20 background frames, you could click one frame of each brush across 20 separate frames. Is this making sense to you?

Are you saying that all the layers I am seeing are supposed to be separate brushes? If that's the case, just copy each brush into a new folder on your desktop and zip that puppy up. Then just attach the zip file.

Drec I had copied all the fireworks into new folder on my decktop. But what do you mean by puppy them ?
