After playing with the new program TapRats.
I decided to create a brush because of the transparency in the image i got a pretty neat brush for all kinds of texturing. :)

You can make different colored ones by just adding white bg desaturating the image and flatten it.
Save as grayscale (Image>Mode>Grayscale
Then edit>Copy visible>Edit>Paste as new Brush
Name the brush and you are all set. :)
