Is this 32 or 64? Is it for Windows or Linux? What about Mac? Or is is one size fits all?
Since it's a theme without any executables, it does not matter. You can use it anywhere.

That's not a problem. On Fedora, it's probably a system file already (libpixmap.so). So you should be good to go. As long as you are not packaging your own DLLs along with the theme, it should not matter. DLLs only work on Windows. They have to be converted to shared objects (.so files) for Linux/Unix and dylibs for Macs.
Rod, thanks for the Curve Window screenshot. Most dark themes have a problem right there since the histogram is not visible. Unfortunately your screenshot is with an empty image
