Hiya....do I just copy to the python folder or is there something else I have to do? TIA

You don't need those MrQ managers, You just need Ofnuts addonmanager 3.0 to manage all those. You have to set each one up first. If you are doing your brush sets, you need to empty all your brushes and make a new folder called brushes_storage. and sort all your brushes into categories. You do the same thing with fonts, gradients or whatever else you want out of that list
I will make another tutorial and post it today or tomorrow.
