My browser eliminates the advertising clutter but yes, for the last week GC response times have been very slow. |

Much slower to load here on the other side of the Earth. Looks like it's moved to a budget hosting plan with maximum advertising. |

Early afternoon now here in Oz - response times are slow, between 10 and 25 seconds. EDIT - mid afternoon; I came back to see if anything had changed. Excellent response times right now. |

I sent a message to Omega concerning this issue.
Subsequently, some changes have been implemented, which may help alleviate the forum's noticeable slowdown. |

Yup, there is also at least one more thing to do but that requires more time and work. I hope that for now site is faster than before. |

Still very slow, almost 10 seconds to load a page. Given the timings (it's mostly the page itself), my money is on a very slow backing database. For me speed of opening pages has varied over the past week or so but nothing really slow. |
