Not that you wanted any from the U.S, but here's mine. Maybe I need to tweak some settings, but in my VM, I get the following Tux:

And, in Win7, I get the following:

Shouldn't be any difference as you would think, but I've never tweaked my network settings since I rebuilt my VM and never at all my Win7 settings. lol
Wish I had your latency results though.
