Everything is taking so long to render on GC. Is this just me. Or has anyone else had this issue with images taking very long to render?

It may just be me.
I did recently do a complete removal of "junk files", so I may have let something go that I shouldn't have.

Whatever I was experiencing was on my end. All looks good now. Don't know what it was, but it only effected this site.
I went to DA earlier and every image came up without lag. Had a problem with spell check too. It would underline misspelled words in red, but there was no way of correcting them. Did a restart and all seems OK. :puzzled

Occasionally, the server might slow down a little but so far, I've been pleased with the performance of this VPS and the excellent support I've gotten from the host.

Thanks Tux, I'm pretty sure it was me and not the server. This is a first for me, so all in all things have been very good.

Just before this happened... I removed a ton of junk files. I wasn't paying all that much attention to what I was deleting, so I may have removed some kind of temporary files that were used by my web browser.

Now everything is as it should be, but for a while images on GC were taking a long time to load. I went to other sites I frequent, and found that this site was the only one that was giving me issues of this type.

I haven't pin-pointed what it was that I removed, but I do feel that this is what happened. It may have been some kind of cache files or something; I am still not sure though.
