To have your image posted as a thumbnail is fairly simple.
It's also a good way of posting very large images.

This can be done,
when using the upload button Image to upload your images.

Below is an example of what the upload dialog looks like.
Once your image has been chosen and added to the dialog for uploading.

This image below,
shows what needs to be done to the image link code,
within the upload dialog box.
For your image to appear as a thumbnail when posted.

Image

If done correctly.
You image will appear as a thumbnail,
much like the thumbnail image seen below.

Or use the Insert Thumbnail button in the Full Editor toolbar.

The Insert Thumbnail button uses the same method as Wallace mentioned but requires an existing image.
It's a great way to reference an image from a previous post.

Nice tip! Wallace, as you can see, I'm still trying to write with a mouse on that cable tutorial and just can't get it.

Hey there everyone!

Once again as a reminder
I'd like to give this site support topic a bit more attention.

It's not mandatory or anything like that,
however it's a good idea to use this image posting option
when uploading larger images to a thread here on Gimp Chat.

Thanks and Gimp On!
