Don't think so.
It's more likely abandoned,
by whomever created it.
I see no real advantage to hacking an inactive twitter account,
but I could be wrong about that.

I'm very rarely on twitter,
if at all.
It's only been recent,
that I find myself being funneled toward twitter.
