Yes MareroQ, you would be correct.
I was not given full admin right only partial.
So I still do not have access to any of the server files.

I would recommend to the new or potential admins/mods to:

* Connect to the forum as a non-registered forum user (using the "incognito mode" of the browser, for instance)
* Count the ads that are inserted on the page
* Wonder how much money this makes (several thousands dollars/year according to online estimators)
* Compare to the cost of running the forum ($7.20/month, for Gimp-Forum.net)
* Wonder if the income/work split is equitable
