More sad pandemic news. Van Gogh's Parsonage Garden at Neunen in Spring was stolen,
from a museum currently closed due to corona, on his birthday.

The museum’s director ... said he was “incredibly pissed off”. Rightly so because the painting was on loan.
Was it just a coincidence it was stolen on Vincents birthday?
Hopefully the intrepid Dutch 'art police' will track-down the thieves and discover if they planned the theft on Van Gogh's birthday. Then they will get the usual 2 year sentences.
I notice you also read the Guardian? The best mainstream media here although now they are all working from home.
