Aurora Australis Went Off Last Week

There was a big solar storm over the last few days. Here is a link to some photos.

Many aurora pix use filters but these colors could be seen with the naked eye. It just looked spooky from where I am. We have hills to the South and miss most auroras.

This was a gorgeous spectacular Aurora, wow, thanks Tas_mania for sharing.

I need to tell that on the website, it hurts me to see that on the video, the guy is in portrait using the front camera for an event like this..
