Believe it or not, from now on Spanish media can charge you if you publish a link to their websites. "Google News" is now history in Spain.

Because that law states that if someone links out to a web document first published in an AEDE’s member site, then he will need to pay a tax to AEDE, even if the linked company’s site doesn’t want to be paid or is publishing under Creative Commons.

the whole point to sharing links is to spread the word of what the link is about…looks like this will adversely affect news and advertising
