That sauce looks great, Molly. I'm a pasta fan.

Lately, I have been making various takes on Chili Beans, with ground beef, tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, spices and pinto (or kidney) beans. :hehe

That sounds good too, I was thinking last night, I should make up some chili to freeze. Are you using those tomatoes from your garden?
I was talking to my sister on facetalk last night and her husband, Gary came up behind her with a huge tomato in each hand, they were Brandy Wine and he said those were just half the size of the other ones he picked, He also had lots of Cherokee Purple and said they were delicious too. I don't know if they have those here or not but I am going to look into it. He swears that the Brandy Wine are the best tomatoes in the world. :teeth
Of coarse every thing in the Carolinas is the best, :lol

Thanks groni, actually there is no specific recipe, I just put in what I have and add lots of nice spices, like oregeno, Italian seasoning, crushed chili peppers, black pepper, tomatoes, tomato paste, and whatever else I may have at the time.
Love your little smilies, I grabbed them. They are really cute.
