Looks tasty Wallace; round meatballs are over-rated. Like variability. lolol

Yes very tasty and they were all pretty much round when they started. After simmering in the sauce for a while, they kind of took on their own shapes.

Very nice Wallace, do you hire your self out. I like the one best with the cheese ove the top.

:hehe Sorry Molly I'm not for hire and I also prefer the one with cheese. I was going to have them for dinner, but I couldn't wait, so I made them for lunch.
I have enough meatballs for at least 4 or more meals, not including this meal. I think I may have to freeze some of them.

They look delicious :bigthup , all that’s lacking is a device that can analyse and encode the aroma for transmission, will try and knock one up this afternoon ;)

Look very nice. I'll have to do some for myself this year. Not had any for quite some time
I prefer them with (parmesan) cheese as well.

Thanks Steve and when you find such an apparatus, be sure to let the rest of us know where you got it. :hehe

I have only made them two other times and this time they came out perfect. I'm with you Sallyanne, when it comes to adding cheese.
