My Meatballs

So I made my meatballs, they came out great and here are some pictures I took of them.

With Cheese...

Looks tasty Wallace; round meatballs are over-rated. Like variability. lolol

Yes very tasty and they were all pretty much round when they started. After simmering in the sauce for a while, they kind of took on their own shapes.

Very nice Wallace, do you hire your self out. I like the one best with the cheese ove the top.

Sorry Molly I'm not for hire and I also prefer the one with cheese. I was going to have them for dinner, but I couldn't wait, so I made them for lunch.
I have enough meatballs for at least 4 or more meals, not including this meal. I think I may have to freeze some of them.

, all that’s lacking is a device that can analyse and encode the aroma for transmission, will try and knock one up this afternoon

Look very nice. I'll have to do some for myself this year. Not had any for quite some time
I prefer them with (parmesan) cheese as well.

I have only made them two other times and this time they came out perfect. I'm with you Sallyanne, when it comes to adding cheese.
