My sister told me about this one. If you purchased any tuna from Starkist between 2009 and present, then you can apply for this one; I did (went for the $50 voucher; I like tuna. lol). :)

I think it is fake. Why wouldn't they ask for a receipt? I mean can you imagine all the fake claims they will get for free tuna vouchers. :) :lol

And Wallace you still have to buy tuna with the cash.
I stand corrected. :P

I was surprised by not asking for a receipt of some kind as well Rod. It's legit though. It's a class action situation. In the end, you may not get $25 (or in my case $50 coupon) since it will be distributed among those that applied for it. Still, what angers me on this one is thus. If you paid for 5 gallons of gasoline, but you found out you actually only received 4 gallons, wouldn't you not be pssed? I haven't purchased much tuna fish since Dad passed away, but, between 2009 and end of 2012, let's just say I have no regrets applying for the coupon. Going to enjoy my tuna fish sandwiches hopefully soon. :)

Has anyone received their voucher yet? I've not. :)

edit:

Never mind; just re-read the article. Have to wait until after Dec. 17th, 2015. :)

Well it's Dec. 17th, and I've still not received my $50 voucher. I want my tuna fish. lol

Actually put a can of Starkist Tuna Fish in my Ramen for dinner this evening; was pretty tasty. :)

For whatever reason, I thought about this case since I've not heard anything about this case yet. Below's the lastest that I could find. Basically, if you get a voucher, count your blessings. lolol

Well I had to re-open this old thread since I finally got my payout. It was not what was promised by any stretch. lolol

I opted for the $50 voucher option, but I got $5.03 back; oh well. At least I got something for this effort. In return, they do have my home address. lololololololol

:)

Lucky for me I've not moved since then, Wallace. lol

You do have to buy a minumum of 3 products from Starkist in order to redeem the coupon amount. Don't think that will be a problem for me. :)
