Seems I cannot access Gimp Talk anymore, my account has been suspended. I can't even go in as a guest. Not that I visited very often, but once in a while I do like to check out new posts or old tutorials. Anyone else here have this problem?

I got the same thing. Maybe who ever runs the site didn't renew their domain.

You may be right Mackenzieh. Maybe in a few days it'll be back up.

Site's either down or they got hacked (and we know how often that happens at GT). :)

http://www.whois.com/whois/gimptalk.com shows the expiry date 05-dec-2015, so it's not simply expired

You'd better ask Ofnuts what's going on

No promises but this might be the most recent version of Gimptalk.
If you're interested in attached files, get busy.

I tried to go to a tutorial but the wayback machine didn't allow it, maybe ofnuts can shed some light on this.

My knowledge of what is going on at GT is vastly overrated. I'm only a lowly mod(*). Griatch used to be an admin, he may have more info.

(*) with the dubious privilege of being kept abreast of everything new on the Russian pr0n front, because this seems to be 99% of the current posts to GT, (un)fortunately only visible to mods until approved.

GIMPTalk use to be my main GIMP portal, but O convince me (and easily so) to change to GIMPChat and I've only passively posted at GIMPTalk since then. Sad how the site got over-run by hackers. :)
