I thought I would show you guys my new setup.
I recently had issues with my mechanical keyboard purchased from Cooler Master and sent it in for replacement.
Being that they didn't have my keyboard in stock, they offered me the NovaTouch TKL Topre Keyboard as my replacement.
Image

I also went on line and purchased the, Corsair CH-9000101-WW MM200 Extended Cloth Gaming Mouse Mat.
Both items arrived 20 minutes apart and I was able to set them up immediately, and here's what my new setup looks like.
Image

The speakers are Logitech Z-523, with subwoofer.
The mouse is a Logitech M500, USB Laser Mouse.

My PC is a sleeper...
The case comes from a Dell optiplex 745 mid tower.
The only original piece left of this PC, is the motherboard.
I also recently added a 4 Channel Fan Controller.
I didn't like the bright "Blue Light".
So I painted over the outer knob housing/trim and this is how that came out.

Image

I'd like to see your setup.

That looks a fab set up      in comparison my rig looks ancient. My computer laptop (running windows XP) is 9 year old, speakers are older, data storage is DvDs, and I'm still using pen and paper :hehe

Both look good.
Steve you must have looked after it well.
I may take a photo and snapshot of the specs tomorrow but mine is only a simple laptop, 4 years old....in April. No extra speakers.

Well its been dropped a couple of times  , had coffee poured over the keyboard, see here coffee and I’ve had to reinstall the operating system after poking around in the registry, but it just goes on and on, it seems indestructible :yes .

I think the main point in this thread is functionality.
If your setup works for you, that's all that really matters.
My machine was already about eight years old when I got it and it will definitely last even longer.
If my motherboard doesn't "Bite the big one".
I would have included a photo of the inside of my PC, but it's not a pretty site.

Looks impressive, Wallace. Mine's not and it's in a room too cluttered (thus embarrased) for me to share. lol

Thanks Lyle and that's quite alright.
I wasn't after praise or approval, by creating this thread.
Nor was I looking to embarrass anyone for showing us their setup.
I was so satisfied with my new keyboard,
(which was a replacement of my QuickFire mechanical keyboard by CoolerMaster)
and the Corsair extended mouse pad. That I felt the need to show it off.
For all practical purposes, my setup seems rather plain when compared to the one in this video below.

Wow is an understatement. Note that he has his PC on the desktop; I highly recommend everyone do the same (as I do too). If you are safe, definitely open the side panel as well which will both keep the dust down and keep the system itself cooler (but not your room; lol. It is Winter right now so it actually will be benificial); mine's not (like I said; way too cluttered. lol). :)

I got that covered, with the installation last year of an AeroCool Silent 200mm Intake Fan.

By the way, here's a photo of my entire setup.

Sorry for the blurry photos, it's the best I can do with my cellphone.

Thank you Wallace. I bought the Mintbox to save space and to be able to leave a render running while still having a computer to use.

You're welcome Kimba.
That's a pretty clever idea, :bigthup which didn't cross my mind.
It must come in really handy at times.

I use to keep a pad and pen on my desk,
but I did away with that and use Windows note pad instead.
