Judge refuses injunction,
handover of global DNS etc at midnight.

This change may determine whether we stick with one global Internet or fragment into separate, isolated networks.

It's happening, but doubt the effects will happen instantaneously, Wallace. Still, only time will tell. Regardless, I'm personally against it, but I am an American thus selfish when it comes to such things. Not sure what ICANN will do and they do have members that don't have our backs (US that is) so do see possible issues with respect to freedom of speech that do concern me, but won't go any further into details (my opinions that is) since that's against the rules here at GIMPChat. :)

It really doesn't matter if the UN takes over domain addresses. Those are just for simplicity typing in an address.
They just cover up a number IP. "173.194.68.139" for example. Indecently its the same one for youtube.com.
