Ladies and gentlemen, it is with great honor, that I introduce the current winner of the Outstanding Scripts in a GIMP Plug-In award: Trandoductin!

He is the winner of two much coveted Knights of the Golden Wilbur awards! Please give a round of applause to Trandoductin for his dedication to cranking out scripts and plug-ins so we GIMPers may continue to play, fiddle, and manipulate our graphics.

Congratulations, Trandoductin!

Image

Feel free to duplicate the Golden Wilbur times 2! <wink> (otherwise I'd have to rename the image to resubmit it to GIMP Chat!)

is it possible to give the helmet and the pole to ofnuts? hheehh it'd be a fun image to see with Wilber exposed his head.
That's about half the golden material on Wilber right?

Acceptance speech...
"I'd like to thank everyone who has given me ideas in order to write these I call them "hack" scripts.
I'd like to thank everyone who has tested these scripts and find flaws in them (Grachaen, Dinsasset) and suggested improvements these include people that test them but i can't remember all the names. I am sorry.
I forget my own scripts sometimes. I'd like to thank ofnuts for his path scripts. I'd like thank the Lord.
And Happy Smiling Buddha. I'd like to thank gimpchat.com without gimpchat.com none of these things would be possible... once again THANK YOU ALL"

Ofnuts has a few of these himself. He should probably have even more since his path plugins are primarily the core of what I use most, as well as SaulGoode's scripts.

I couldn't find the images of the Golden Wilber I made for him and others, and I even asked Ofnuts for a copy to retain in my new computer. It's all good, I managed to find the Wilber Knight image I entered in a GIMP contest years ago, and made do.

I would like to know.
What was the name you gave this award back then?

I'm not sure, I tried searching everything on GIMP Chat, listed under the sun, and no luck. If I recall correctly, Ofnuts and someone else (Saulgoode?) were the recipients.

It was RobA, I just remembered. Still can't find the image, it would have been sometime between 2010 and 2012.
