Thought the following may be
pertinent to the Gimp Chat community.

Following is headline of article-

There's the thing about Windows 10: you give up control. Control over updates (especially poor Windows 10 Home users) and control over privacy, but Microsoft has finally admitted the latter is a serious problem and is taking action.

The privacy settings don't change the EULA that says more or less "All you data are belong to us".

One reason I virtualize and play in my sandbox (and delete it) often. Even so, they can still see where you go I suppose (if you assume they monitor your URLs). If you are worried about them spying on you, you don't need to be browsing period. :)
