The privacy settings don't change the EULA that says more or less "All you data are belong to us".

One reason I virtualize and play in my sandbox (and delete it) often. Even so, they can still see where you go I suppose (if you assume they monitor your URLs). If you are worried about them spying on you, you don't need to be browsing period.
