Scripts are okay most of the time because they always have descriptive descriptions to search on.

But as a gimp forum gets many image attachments, many of which don't come with lots of descriptions.
A lot of times, the file name (the real filename of the attachment) is descriptive but the forum search functionality doesn't look at attachment filenames.

So, I added basic image search functionality to GL forum.

https://gimplearn.net/isearch.php - you can enter keywords to look for in image attachments here.
https://gimplearn.net/isearches.php - shows you image searches that have been performed and number of results for each set of keywords.

It tries to show your more relevant results first, like for example if you were searching for "car" it'd show you attachments that have "car" on its own word first then show you results that have "car" as part of the file name like "cards" or "carl" afterwards.

I hope it's useful and I really like it right now.

glad you think it's useful, Issabella :D

of course it'll only be as useful as people naming their files...but so far, looks like most are using descriptive words to name their files so that's great.
