The Sydney Opera House at 05.30 this morning, Remembrance Day, to mark the World War I Armistice.

Beautiful. OMG! We should never forget. I hope and pray that we learn from our history, and stop repeating these wars.

Let's hope that there will never be war again, but then reality bites back, unfortunately. Great result, OMG and appreciated by this veteran (and though not active, a life time member of the VFW so again do appreciate the poppies) that is for sure.

Also, a great tribute from you, too, Ella Louise.

For us Italians the date to celebrate is November 4th.
My father is a silver medal hero and war cripple.

Very nicely done Ella and I have seen that before OMG, also with different pictures. Forgot all about 11th of the 11th until about 10am yesterday morning. Then I got busy and worked through it :oops:
