I see that GIMP Learn is down. Anyone know what's going on?

Maybe some people need to report it as down for them. Try clearing your history etc first though.

Unfortunately I can't offer any "new" information pertaining to Gimp Learn.
I've sent Tim multiple messages in regard to this issue and have yet to receive a reply.
Let's keep our fingers crossed that this remains only temporary.

I did just check the website (June 16th, 2022, 1:52 PM Mountain) and this is where it seems to be at now.

Wallace, you get this if you subtract the letter S from 'https' from the URL.
If you type https://gimplearn.net/ you will get the same screen displayed by Ella (only it will be in your language).

Hope all is well with Tim.

There's the possibility of a hack. If a registered GimpLearn user is using the same credentials for multiple websites that include GimpLearn, then it would be advisable to change those password(s).

I think, when all is well with Tim, he would leave a message here on Gimp Chat to explain what the problem is on Gimp Learn....
I'm also very worried.
