Codeweavers Crossover (a commercial version of WINE) is available for free today only. More details at http://www.codeweavers.com/about/general/press/20121029 (you need to provide an e-mail address, presumably so they can send an "unlock key").

Both Crossover -- and the "always/all ways" Free WINE -- are useful for those users who wish to run software written for Windows on their GNU/Linux and MacOS machines. While this is not something that interests me very much, for a proprietary company Codeweavers seems to be a pretty good egg and are one of the main contributors of the WINE project.
