This was the last picture I took with my compact camera before i got my Olympus and, although it isn't as obvious as it was in real life, you can see the rainbow hits the ground just in front of the trees. Sadly, I couldn't see a pot of gold nearby!

That is quite a rare sight Eris.. You did a beautiful job of Capturing it. It would look stunning in a frame.

IMO the legend only states that you will find the gold at the end of the rainbow...the fine print reads 'Gold always found at opposite end to the seeker'

Ah - now I know! I just have to persuade somebody else to look the other end then. The next rainbow, I'm going to be rich!

Consider this... two people cannot occupy the exact same space in time, so the actual rainbow that each person sees is unique (angles of refraction etc), hence the rainbow end you see and try to send them to, will not be the same rainbow end they end up going to

Ah but no two electrons can occupy the same space in time either yet they can both be everywhere so this doesn't prove a thing
