We have had a very hot 30 - 40 degree heatwave over the last couple of weeks and all of a sudden we have soaking rain :umbsmile .
Whenever Western Australia has major weather we usually get the tail end of it in South Australia.

Haven't heard of any flooding where there usually is , but this

is what is like in one place in Adelaide, South Australia. There are no ponds, drains etc near this place either. It is a little "show village" called Garden of Unearthly Delights. They usually hold a show in Adelaide when we have our 'Fringe festival'. I went one year and the ground was very dry and dusty and it is supposed to open tomorrow night!
