What is a "WYSIWYG Editor"...I have opened office..I didn't know I could use it for web designing though. LOL! :D
Shows you what I know. xD
K so CSS works in the HTML thingy there..Okay! Thank you! :D
Thank you for all the help! :D
And I made the notepaper background a bit lighter so it's not so overwhelming.

Notepad++ is great for learning and tweaking code but you should get SeaMonkey. It's a Firefox browser with a built in HTML Composer that's easy to use.

Ya odin is right. Seamonkey is great! Instead of bullet.png you need this 'PATH TO IMAGE INSIDE THESE SINGLE QUOTES'
Then the image should show.

When you get SeaMonkey, look in the Window menu for Composer.

All I get is a lil circle out line, but not my image. :S
It's probably me...Idk what I'm doing.
I pasted the code and it looks at me. :<

<menu>
<head><link rel="stylesheet" href="new 3.css"/></head>
<li> Example Bullet text and link</li>
</menu>

<style>
ul
{
list-style-type: none;
padding: 0px;
margin: 0px;
}
.Handdrawn li
{
background-image: url='test/images/bullet.png';
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-position: 0px 0px;
padding-left: 35px;
}

</style>

In that it shows the folder to the website itself in the path, I also test w/o the folder in the path and still didn't work... D: :(
@Odinbc: Ahh I found it, thank you! :D
